Introduction
Everyone has started a weight loss or exercise program at some point with the best of intentions only to find that a few weeks later they’re back to their old routines.
But sometimes people do stick with the program, making it a permanent part of their life and creating the results they were looking for. After studying a number of these people I’ve noticed 2 things specifically they often do. And anyone can copy them to help increase the chances of sticking to a program long term.
