What To Do When You
Have No Motivation

Introduction
You’re not going to be motivated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you should think about what you’re going to do when you feel overwhelmed, stressed, tired, depressed, etc.
The most important thing to remember is that eating and exercising are not the only 2 things to focus on. They are important, but you can also focus on drinking water, relaxing your body and mind, doing breathing exercises and mental programming when you don’t have much energy.
These things are easier to do, and they will help you get motivated quicker because you won’t feel like you fell completely off track. You want to change all the different areas of your lifestyle to support your new body, this is how you create a strong foundation that keeps you
“on-track”, even when you aren’t motivated.
