Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mindrise Hypnosis offers two categories of service, private coaching and digital programs.

For all digital programs we offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase.

Due to the nature of private coaching services, we do not offer refunds or money back once those services begin.

Mindrise Hypnosis does not guarantee a full refund for the cancellation of its private coaching services. If you change your mind after paying for a private coaching service, Mindrise Hypnosis will act only on the policy here within. Mindrise Hypnosis will refund or cancel any private coaching services according to the following guidelines.

a. Mindrise Hypnosis will refund you in full if a private coaching service has not started within 14 days of making a payment.

b. If you don’t want to start a private coaching service at all, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours only of making a payment. This applies to all non-business days (For example, if you make a purchase on Friday, you must cancel by Sunday the latest to receive a refund).

c. If you are not satisfied with a private coaching service, you can cancel and get a proportional refund for the remaining private coaching service.

d. If you sign up for a monthly or yearly service and request the service to be cancelled, you must notify Mindrise Hypnosis at least 7 business days prior to the next billing period. You will no longer be refilled starting 7 business days following your notification.

e. If you request a refund or cancellation within the time period stated in this policy and your account has still been charged, Mindrise Hypnosis will refund 100% of that amount.
