One negative side effect of constantly repressing yourself is the development of a rebellious part of you that can sabotage your efforts.<\/p>\n<p>One way to deal with this is to use &#8220;pig out&#8221; days where you allow yourself to eat anything (and as much) as you want. Obviously, these days need to be occasional, but they can be very enlightening.
