In order to make sense of it, you have to reference the feeling of being depressed with memories of times you felt down, so I want you to be aware of that and think of the feeling of being motivated after this lesson.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, the truth is that you&#8217;re going to feel depressed sometimes, and what is even crazier is that you&#8217;re going to feel depressed when you&#8217;re successfully losing weight. Not all the time, but occasionally, that just the way it goes.
