And the best part is that it&#8217;ll happen naturally without having to rely on willpower.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine thinking about sweets and feeling indifference or even disgust at how it made you feel and what it did to your body. If you felt that way you probably wouldn&#8217;t eat sweets very often. And it wouldn&#8217;t be because you had to stop yourself, the craving just wouldn&#8217;t be there. That&#8217;s how naturally thin people feel, and you can feel that way too.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, you&#8217;ve got the truth on your side. Other than taste, foods that make you fat usually have a lot of downside to them. Often they zap your energy, wreak havoc on your moods, decrease brain function and make you feel guilty.
